Description: This is a large dark purple olive, the skin so dark it's almost black. Carefully grown on one of the well established olive trees in the groves near Ephebe, this is a perfect olive. It has an excellent flavour, both rich and fruity, and a tiny stone.
Appraise: Don't play with your food!
