Description: This insult to what should have been graceful lace and silk is obviously intended to make the wearer look like a complete idiot. Cheap magenta satin forms a skimpy body, more or less decorated with carelessly attached vomitous yellow polka-dots and the occasional lonely sequin. A stiff tulle frill projects out horizontally at the hip, clearly designed to recall the traditional vousvous worn by the specialised balletic foolerists of the Quirmian Societe Joyeux, but in a much more vulgar manner suited for Low Japery... or possibly for a costume party amongst the drunken dregs of society.
Appraise: The foolish magenta tutu is about a foot and a half long and about a foot wide. It is magenta and is made of satin and looks like you could wear it.
