Description: A wide circle of elephant tusk ivory encircles the nipple, the centre deeply etched with a depiction of a vulture, poised in flight. The piece has been arranged so that it looks like the vulture is about to pounce down upon the nipple itself. A steel barbell, hidden behind the centre of the nippleshield, is used to lock the piece into place.
