Description: These sandals are little more than a complex arrangement of tough but supple leather straps attached to a light wooden sole, encircling the foot in a formidable stained web, which extends some way up the leg for extra support. They taper to a pointed toe, slightly curled, and are fastened with a very large, flashy buckle.
Appraise: The pair of stained reed sandals is about a foot long and about six inches wide. It is scarlet and is made of plant-fibre and linen and looks like you could wear it.
