Description: This is a tiny one-bladed scalpel with a grooved handle for an easier grip. It smells like it's been cleaned with alcohol. This was probably used by a rat farmer for some mysterious rat-farming purpose.
Appraise: The rat scalpel is about four inches long and about an inch wide. It is made of steel and looks like you could hold it.
