Description: This ultra-lightweight cloak has been fashioned from a thin layer of some kind of rubbery black hide. It resembles its namesake in almost every way, from the wide wing-like sleeves to the long trailing 'tail' that reaches almost to the floor and the impossibly soft creamy-white interior lining. Surely a garment as unique as this would be favoured by Fish Himself.
Appraise: The manta ray cloak is about six feet long and about two feet wide. It is black and is made of hide and looks like you could wear it.
