Description: This is an elegantly-formed cornel wood sarissa. Its wickedly-sharp steel head is approximately eight inches long and is forged into the shape of an oak leaf. The shaft is about eight feet long, the foot capped with a bronze shoe which serves to balance the haft. This is a rather short pike compared to the ancient Ephebian sarissa, but appears to have been modified to make it more wieldy.
Appraise: The oak-leaf sarissa is about nine and a half feet long and about six inches wide. It is made of steel and could be used as a weapon of type polearm
