Description: This ultra-lightweight cloak has been fashioned from a thin layer of some kind of rubbery crimson hide. Oily to the touch, and with trailing tentacles that seem to move on their own, not everybody would consider even trying this on, let alone wearing it to go about their business. A curious valve on each side of the neck makes rhythmic breathing motions, to no apparent effect. Surely a garment as unique as this would be favoured by Fish Himself.
Appraise: The octopus cloak is about six feet long and about two feet wide. It is crimson and is made of hide and looks like you could wear it.
