Description: Meerschaum is a creamy white mineral that comes from the sea where it floats ashore on the waves, and as it dries, becomes extremely hard and durable - or so the makers of pipes claim! The craftsman who gave shape to this beautiful pipe aspired to create the visionary beauty of the head of a stern Djelian pharaoh. The bowl is shaped so that the smoke comes out from the figurine's mouth, leaving the eyes to glare furiously at whoever is sitting in front of the person smoking the pipe. It has no tobacco in it.
Appraise: The pharaoh head meerschaum pipe is about six inches long and about an inch wide. It is made of stone and looks like you could hold it.
