Description: Crafted from fine clay, and glazed in a subtle rich brown, this amphora carries a matte-black painting of two men, wrestling, straining and tossing manes of hair delineated in tasteful lines. A work of fine art, its ears are tall and arched to allow easy stacking, and its round stopper is plain and practical. The stopper is attached to the neck by a short piece of plaited twine. It is open.
Appraise: The rich brown amphora is about four feet long and about two feet wide. It is made of some unidentifiable material and looks like you could hold it. It can hold about 555 pounds, about two hundred and eighty items, or about 1 gallon.
Weight: about fifteen pounds
